Sprouting Farms is located on 82 acres outside of Talcott, WV. The farm has 20 acres of crop and high tunnel land, and another 60+ of rolling pasture.

Join our Sprouting Farms team as an incubator!

Incubators can lease high tunnels and field space, with access to our resources, including irrigation, supplies, equipment, inputs, and support with GAP and Organic certification.

Incubator Guidelines

Please consider your experience thoughtfully.

All applicants are expected to:
Demonstrate considerable farming experience
Share an interest in sustainable production techniques
Formulate a farm or agricultural business idea or concept
Be a respectful and engaged part of the farm team
Work cooperatively and respect other land users on site

High Tunnels

Field Space

high tunnels- $35/month for a 100 ft tunnel and $50/month for a 200 ft tunnel

field space- $12/year for 100ft of organic growing land
