Greenville Farm Kitchen (GFK) is an FDA-approved food processing facility located in the former Greenville High School cafeteria in Monroe County, West Virginia. GFK's processors are trained in their craft, proud of their work, and personally motivated to ensure its products are of the highest possible quality.
Greenville Farm Kitchen is proud to be part of a local food value chain that brings fresh, in-season fruits and vegetables from family and community farms to West Virginia customers. GFK utilizes West Virginia- and Central Appalachian-grown produce to develop products such as apple chips and frozen produce, while also providing workforce training for underemployed people and experiential learning opportunities for college students. |
