We offer new and beginning farmers a supportive and intensive learning experience focused on economic, environmental and social sustainability. Located on the Sprouting Farms wholesale production farm, the program offers a practical learning environment and a chance to be part of an active farming community.
The Sprouting Farms Apprenticeship is a 6-month or 12-month program designed for individuals who desire to grow their farm knowledge and skills and aspire to launching their own farm business. Participants can opt to follow a traditional track for 6-months including 24 hours of on-site training per week or a 12-month weekend intensive track which allows for independent learning with training on-site at Sprouting Farms one weekend per month. Upon completion, graduates can join our incubator program where they will receive additional education, mentorship, and support while they launch their own farm business on-site.
